We ask that guests arrive by 4:00. Guests will be welcomed with hot apple cider and asked to signed the guest book before moving to the ceremony space. If you are staying at Home2Suites, a coach bus will shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue. The first shuttle will leave Home2Suites promptly at 3:15 and the second - and FINAL - shuttle will leave Home2Suites at approximately 3:45. If you are driving to and from the ceremony please arrive at Hiland Park for the ceremony by 4pm
If your child's name is listed in the RSVP they are welcome! We know that the ceremony portion can be tough on kids, if your child has a hard time remaining seated and respectful during the ceremony we ask that an adult waits with the child in the cocktail hour space. All are welcome at the rest of the festivities! There will be a live band that may be very loud for small ears.
The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting! If the weather does not cooperate the ceremony be inside the venue. The cocktail hour and reception will be inside with a patio space available to guest. October in the region can range from sunny, clear, and 75 degrees to rainy and 50 degrees. Layers are the best plan to keep you comfortable.
When you RSVP, you may select any restrictions, from Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Peanut Allergy/Kids Meal. The plated meal for all is Filet Mignon and Grilled Chicken.
The dress code is semi-formal. Be fancy but no need to go over the top, wear what makes you feel your best!
Yes there will be an open bar.
We ask that only those invited attend the wedding. We prefer to keep the wedding small and intimate.

This area of New York is one of the first areas to be vacationed to and so there are numerous hotels and accommodations in the area. You may also choose to stay elsewhere, however we will ONLY be providing transportation from Home2Suites. The Queensbury Hotel -They have many beautiful guest rooms to choose from, this is the location of the Farewell Brunch -The Queensbury Hotel is 46.6 miles from Albany International Airport. Courtyard Lake George - Looking over the water of Lake George - 10.1 miles north of Hiland Park (approximately 20 minute drive) - 55 miles from Albany Airport
The day after the wedding Justin's parents, Vinny and Michele are hosting a farewell brunch at the historic Queensbury Hotel for all guests. You will be asked to RSVP for this at the same time you do so for the wedding reception. Please join us in your travel clothes for a delicious send off!
315: The first bus will arrive at the Home2Suites to take guests to the venue, and immediately return. The trip is approximately 30 minutes round trip. 3:30: The second bus will drop off guests at Hiland Park Country Club and return to Home2Suites. Guests will be welcomed into the Venue. 3:45: The bus will return to Home2Suites and immediately depart from Hiland Park Country Club. 4:00: The Second Trip of the Bus will arrive at Hiland Park Country Club. Remaining guests will be welcomed into Hiland Park Country Club and all guests will be ushered to the Wedding Ceremony Space. 5:00 - 6:00: The Cocktail Hour will proceed with a bountiful selection of delicious foods. Come hungry, there is so much great food! 7:00 - 9:15: There will be a live band, plated food, donuts and a late night snack as we celebrate Kelsey and Justin. 9:15: The first bus will arrive to take guests back to the Home2Suites. 9:45: The second bus will arrive to take the final group of wedding guests back to the hotel.
We are requesting a no cell phone ceremony. Please be a present part of the ceremony by putting away your cellphone.
