What about COVID-19?

Answer

All of our venues will be adhering to CDC guidelines and regulations for COVID-19. We will update our website closer to the event. Current Rules & Regulations: United States citizens are not required to take a COVID-19 test prior to entering Mexico. United States citizens are required to submit a negative COVID-19 test before traveling back to the U.S.

How can I get tested for COVID-19 before my return flight?

Answer

The hotel is working with a laboratory who provide PCR and Antigen rapid tests. Based on new legislation, tests need to be taken 1 Day prior to travel back to the United States. Rapid Test results can typically be added to your reservation through your Airline's website or you may be required to download a specific app. To schedule your test, please scan the QR code shown above. Each test costs $18 USD.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

A passport is required for travel to Mexico. Processing times can vary, so we suggest applying early. If it's your first time applying for a passport, you'll need to do so in person. More details can be found here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html

What currency do they use in Los Cabos?

Answer

The peso is Mexico's national currency, though many places in Los Cabos accept U.S. dollars for convenience. Major credit cards are also accepted in most establishments. Banks offer currency exchange during business hours. Universal ATMs are widely available for cash withdrawals at the current exchange rate, and most ATMs have menus in English. The ATMs only dispense pesos.

Can I drink the water in Mexico?

Answer

As a rule of thumb, you should stick to bottled or purified water in Mexico. All of the restaurants and hotels only serve purified water and YES, the ice is safe. Are kids invited?

Answer

The Wedding and Reception are adults only. Kids are allowed at the hotel and there are amenities such as a kids pool to keep them busy! Child care services can be coordinated through the hotel concierge on the night of the event.

Does Los Cabos Have Uber?

Answer

Yes, we have UBER, but please be aware that the cars they drive are much smaller than the ones in the states and we do not have UBER XL as of yet, so you will need to consider not more than 3 persons in your car per ride.

What if I want to get my makeup done? (This is not for the bride and bridesmaids as an FYI.)

Answer

The Hotel offers hair and make- up services on site. Be careful with this, some hotels have H&M vendor restrictions. Feel free to contact their Concierge team for further assistance.

I'm bringing a child and would like to arrange childcare for all or some of the events. Is that possible?

Answer

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We'll only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation which will be sent in the following months.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You'll be missed! If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If you already know whether or not you can't make it, please feel free to let us know as soon as possible. The final RSVP deadline will be indicated once the formal invites are sent.

Are there other events aside from your wedding that I can attend?

Answer

Yes, check out the "Schedule" tab for details about our Welcome Party! Stay tuned for details about other events and check back from time to time on our website for more information.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The Wedding Venue address is Acre Restaurant : Calle Sin Nombre, Animas Bajas, 23407 San José del Cabo, B.C.S.

What should I wear?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Heels are welcome for the dinner and ceremony. Wedges are also a good option.
