Ellie & Luke first met, or rather, had their first interaction during a Volo kickball game in 2019 when Luke "intentionally" kicked the ball just far enough to only make it to first base where Ellie was assigned on the opposing team. Despite his efforts to work up the courage to talk to her at the post-game flip cup tournament, their paths wouldn't cross again for a few months over a dating app when he finally sent his number (twice...). The night of their first date brought extreme weather alerts for a February snowstorm with an expectant foot of snow, but that did not deter them from meeting for drinks at The Woods in downtown Denver. Before Covid shut the World down, Ellie & Luke were officially a couple. Fast forward 4+ years later, we are so excited for this new chapter and to celebrate our marriage in the beautiful state we met with our family and friends!
