When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our Zola wedding website by July 11th.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to The Stables at Windy Point by 3:45PM for a 4PM ceremony to be followed by drinks, dinner and dancing.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Although there is no strict dress code, we suggest a summer cocktail attire. Keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside and the reception will be located in an air conditioned, barn-style venue. Dress nice and light to keep you comfortable and on the dance floor all night long!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know when you RSVP if you have any food allergies. We will work with our caterer to accommodate all needs.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the Hampton Inn to the venue at 3:30 and 3:40pm. There will be a return shuttle from the venue to the hotel at 9, 10 and 11pm. You may leave your car at the venue over night, but we ask that you please pick it up by 12pm Sunday.
