Our story begins at Washington College, where we both attended as undergrads. We weren’t close—just two familiar faces in the crowd, occasionally passing each other on campus or sharing a shy glance at events. We knew of each other, but that was it. Fast forward a few years to the fall of 2017. Life had moved on, and we were both pursuing our dreams of becoming physician assistants. That’s when fate stepped in—again. We ran into each other at a PA school interview. There was an instant moment of recognition, a shared “Wait… don’t I know you?” that quickly turned into a genuine conversation. It was a chaotic, nerve-wracking day, but reconnecting made it feel a little easier. Though we ended up at different PA programs, we kept crossing paths—this time through mutual friends and events we were both invited to. Slowly but surely, we got to know each other, this time not just by face, but by heart. We bonded over shared struggles—long nights of studying, the intensity of clinical rotations, and all the highs and lows that come with a demanding medical program. That shared experience became the foundation of something special. Our first date was a Chris Stapleton concert. There was magic in the air that night—not just from the music, but from realizing that what we had was more than just friendship. And from that night on, we both knew we wanted to keep building something together. The rest, as they say, is history.
