This is the story of how Caleb and Abby met. It was a September afternoon; they had Student Success together. It was still just the first semester of college. The teacher they had was quite the character (shoutout Dakota Bates), and one day for class he had all the students say their career plans and aspirations in front of the class. Caleb was first: he said he hoped to work in Sports Management in his future. Dakota being the outgoing person he was, asked Caleb if he was single, Caleb said yes, and Dakota Bates was ready to be matchmaker. Later on, it was Abby's turn, she said she wanted to either start her own cupcake business or work in Sports Media. Dakota had a vision, right after Abby had stated that she wanted to work in Sports media he glanced over at Caleb with a maniacal look on his face. He immediately said, "Abby have you and Caleb met yet", they both said no, and he said to Caleb, "Caleb would you like Abby's number", Caleb now red with embarrassment said yes, and then Dakota asked Abby if Caleb could have her number (some wingman). Abby said that he could have her Instagram, and the rest was history. They went to the highly extravagant, Ruby Tuesday (it was within Caleb's budget) and had a successful first date. After two years of going on dates, adopting a dog, halfway adopting a cat (shoutout Nigel), and graduating college Caleb proposed and she said Yes.
