We met in Steamboat Springs in 2021, on a winter backpacking class while we were both attending Colorado Mountain College. Up until that point we had both been outdoor enthusiasts individually, after we met we started exploring and building a life together. After Alex finished college in 2023 he followed me to the river (Clear Creek) where I had been a rafting guide for the past 2 summers. Living at the guide campground we feel asleep to the sound of I-70 every night, created friendships we will cherish for a lifetime, and fell more in love with each other and our shared love for rafting and rivers. Since meeting each other we a have not only grown as people, but enjoyed what the world has to offer on our amazing adventures. From countless ski days, to road trips through the desert, and camping under the stars on the Colorado River in Grand Canyon National Park. Having someone to experience life with is a gift, we are excited to start this next chapter of our lives together.
