WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
Our ceremony starts at 4:00pm, please arrive between 3:30pm-3:45pm to ensure enough time to be seated before the ceremony begins. If you are staying at the hotel the shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:15pm for the ceremony/ reception

ARE KIDS WELCOMED?
Answer
Although we love your children, this will be an adult only occasion. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

DO I HAVE A PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for the evening. For men this means, button down shirts and dressed pants with a tie or bow-tie. No jacket/full suit necessary. For women, cocktail dresses, medi dresses or dressy skirts are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venues vibe as a state park. We'd love to see our guests in any color they feel comfortable in, but please, no white dresses or sage green colors.

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
Outdoor! The ceremony, and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious ladies with the heels. There will be yard games that can be played during the cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors.

PARKING
Answer
Is parking available on site? - Yes, parking is available and free! There are parking attendants on site that will be greeting everyone and directing everyone to the main courtyard. Are there time limits for parking? - All cars that are parked on site must be removed at 12am. Will transportation be provided to the hotels? -Yes shuttle will leave at 3:15pm as well as two shuttles at the end of the evening How far is the parking lot to the ceremony site? - Approx 200-300ft. a short walk up hill, or a short golf cart ride

PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY? We're asking guests to honor our unplugged ceremony- that means no phones, cameras, or tablets during the ceremony itself. Our photographer will capture everything, and we'll happily share photos with you later. Once the reception begins, feel free to take all the photos and videos your heart desires! We kindly ask our guests to refrain from posting photos on social media on the day of the wedding. We would love for you to be fully present and enjoy the celebration with us in the moment.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY?
Answer
We want everyone to have the time of their lives! Please share any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. While our caterer will do their best to accommodate, we want to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable meal

Smoking?
Answer
As our venue is located within a state park, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking anything other than cigarettes within the designated event area. This includes marijuana and any other substances not permitted in public spaces.
