Question

How do I get there? Will there be parking?

Answer

Shuttle from Hyatt Place Chapel Hill to venue prior to ceremony around 3:15pm, 3:45pm, and 3:50pm Shuttle from venue back to hotel around 8:00pm, 9:15pm and 10:15pm However, if you are not staying at/near the hotel, uber/lyft are readily available. If you choose to drive, there is a large parking area for guests.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will allow you plenty of time to park and find a seat!

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see you all dressed up with us, so we're requesting everyone wear cocktail attire. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and our reception will be indoors. For those not NC native, November can be either 30 or 80 degrees--please plan accordingly!

Can I take photos/videos?

Answer

Yes please! Take many! We'd love to collect everyone's photos and videos in a shared album that will be shared closer to the event. We only ask that minimal photos/videos are taken during the ceremony, at request of our photographer.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one or your guest's name is listed on your invitation, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends only.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your kiddos! Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate children at our venue. If you're traveling from out of town and will need childcare, let us know and we can try to assist in finding a sitter so you can have a date night!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We'll miss you!! If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will NOT attend", that way we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
