How do I find the hotel/venue?

Answer

Due to tournament traffic, GPS directions to Crowne Plaza/The Grand Hall may be inaccurate. For the best route, enter "Whistle Stop, 375 South Illinois St." into your GPS. Turn right on Illinois; the hotel entrance is on the left. Details: https://kipsu.co/asza Valet is first-come, first-served. If full, the hotel team will provide nearby alternatives.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying in our hotel block at the Crowne Plaza hotel in downtown Indianapolis! Please refer to the Travel page of our website for booking details. There are also several other hotels and Air BnB/VRBO options in the downtown Indy area.

I got my save the date, but won't be able to attend. What do I do?

Answer

While we will miss you dearly, we understand that life is busy! If you know ahead of time, we kindly request that you notify us as early as possible to assist us with our planning. You can text either of us or reach us via email at rkwm26@gmail.com - thank you for your thoughtfulness!

How do I know if I get a plus one?

Due to space limitations, only guests named on the invitation can be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

While we love your little ones, we've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal event. We encourage guests to wear formal attire, such as suits and ties for men, and floor-length gowns or cocktail dresses for women.

When should I get to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm. We recommend that guests arrive by 2pm in order to allow ample time for everyone to be seated.

We are asking that official RSVP's are completed by January 31st.
