Textures, patterns, and unique styles are welcome, as long as the outfit remains fully black.
For men, a white dress shirt worn underneath a black suit jacket or sweater is perfectly fine. Ties are preferred but not required.
This is not to be confused with black-tie formal, although each guest is welcome to dress as elegantly as he or she desires. Our dress code is meant to be flexible. We aim for a stylish and polished look, unbound by the extremely formal and specific black-tie dress code.
