Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, August 9, 2025 so we can finalize all the details and ensure there is a seat just for you.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire

Question

What is the anticipated weather?

Answer

Our venue in October is typically mild during the day and cools down at night. It is also located in a valley that can get quite windy. The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be held outside, and the Reception will be in a large covered tent on the property. Please be sure to check the forecast a couple days before the big day!

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

The Bride and Groom have included a question in the RSVP to gauge guest interest in a private shuttle to go from the room-blocked hotels to the venue and back. If you are interested in this, please indicate your interest when you RSVP. If there is sufficient interest, the Bride and Groom will organize a shuttle service and inform guests via email.

Question

How can I get to and from the venue?

Answer

You can either self-drive and park at the venue, or use Uber/Lyft to get to and from the venue (please note that ride share services may be limited).

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! The parking attendant will assist upon arrival.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome to join us in celebrating.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be a hosted open bar for the majority of the evening. We just ask that you drink responsibly, and ensure your group has a designated driver.

Question

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we’d love for you to capture and share memories—just not during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to document that special moment, so we kindly ask you to keep phones and cameras tucked away until after. Once the ceremony ends, snap away!
