We met the first day of medical school orientation and quickly became best friends and study buds. We made it official in August of 2019 and have been pretty much inseparable ever since. We decided to couples match for residency and moved to Birmingham, Alabama where we bought our first house together and are completing our medical training.

We had a long running joke about wanting to go up to a cute Birmingham landmark, the Sibyl Temple. Every time we drove by for over 2 years (weekly), I would ask to go up to the temple and Andrew would tell me no. On our way home from picking up our friends from the airport, Andrew causally asked if they had ever been. At the top, while looking down over the whole city, Andrew proposed and I, of course, said YES! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Cincinnati!
