These are the recommended airports to fly into: FCO - Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (Rome) FLR - Amerigo Vespucci Airport (Florence) Flying into Rome is likely more convenient and has more flight options. Both are equal distances from the villa.

While ubers/taxis are available from the airport to your place of stay near the villa, the best and most cost efficient method will be to rent a car. This will also make it easy for you to explore beautiful Perugia before/after the wedding! Please be sure to check whether the car is manual or automatic (most European cars are manual!). If you happen to rent an electric car, the venue has electric chargers. There is plenty of parking at the villa.
