When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is October 4th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions, and we will have to mark you as a 'no.' We are required to provide the venue and catering with the total quest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

What if we can't make it to the wedding?

We will miss you! Please RSVP 'No' as soon as possible so we can get an accurate head count.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Lone Star Oaks in Liberty Hills between 3:40 pm and 3:50 pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4pm.

Is there parking at the ceremony location?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Lone Star Oaks. You may NOT leave your car overnight, so please be sure to make accommodations for travel the night of.

Is there transportation to the reception?

Answer

No, we encourage all guests to plan accordingly. I have heard people struggle to get an uber/lyft late at night, so please keep this in mind.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal- polished and elegant but not overly formal. For women, think cocktail midi dress, dressy jumpsuit, or maxi dress, and for men, slacks and dress shirts, ties optional. Aim for a refined look that's comfortable for celebrating!

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

The bridesmaids will wearing burgundy and the groomsmen will be wearing black. Please avoid wearing typical bridal colors such as white, ivory, and creams.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting! The reception will be indoors. In the event of crazy Texas weather, we will move the ceremony inside.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on you invitation. If you have received a plus one who is not named on the invitation, please bring an adult of your choice.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Due to limited number, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if addressed as "family" on the invitation, such as "Brown Family."

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Why yes there will be. We want you to have the best time, so drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Will there be dietary options?

Answer

We will be having a taco bar! There will be gluten free and vegetarian options if needed. For gluten free, there will be corn tortillas and for vegetarians we will have salads available!
