We would like to request our guests to wear formal attire. For the men, a suit and tie is preferred. For the women, a nice midi or floor length dress is preferred. Please reserve any shades of white for the bride.
We kindly suggest that guests either visit the hotel if they are staying there or take the opportunity to visit downtown Maplewood, located just a short distance from the venue. For those seeking a recommendation, we suggest Coda Kitchen and Bar. Guests may arrive at Maplewood Country Club for a Pre-Cocktail hour at 5:30pm.
Guests should arrive at the ceremony at 2:30pm for a prompt start at 3pm.
There will be parking available at Our Lady of Sorrows and valet parking provided at Maplewood Country Club. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotel for guests choosing to stay overnight.
Unfortunately due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitations. We appreciate your understanding!
Please let the wait staff at your table know during the reception when ordering and Maplewood Country Club will happily provide accommodations. We also kindly request you provide any dietary restrictions or food allergies when RSVPing so the venue may best prepare alternate options.
