Q & A

Question

When Should I RSVP?

Answer

After receiving your invitation, please RSVP as soon as possible. We ask that you RSVP no later than May 1st, 2026. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors cut off dates.

Question

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation as your plus ones name or "guest". We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

We would love for everyone to join us on our big day but with limited numbers at the venue, we ask that you only bring your children if specified on your wedding invitation. We kindly request that all children be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive between 2:45 pm and 3:15 pm to allow time for parking and finding a seat. Please note, there is a short walk from the parking lot to the venue. Golf cart transportation will be available for anyone who needs assistance. Guests arriving after 3:30 pm will be asked to wait to enter the venue until after the ceremony has begun.

Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We kindly encourage guests to wear semi-formal attire (dresses/dress pants/shirts). Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, the venue is air-conditioned.

Question

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony, this means that during the ceremony we ask that you silence and put away your cell phones. This allows everyone to be fully present and to allow our photographer to do her best work.

Question

Where Should I Sit?

Answer

Pick a seat, either side, you are loved by both the groom and bride! The first two rows at our ceremony will be reserved for the wedding party and immediate family of the bride and groom. The ushers will kindly direct everyone else where to sit.

Question

Will There Be an Open Bar?

Answer

Of course! We ask all guests to drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
