Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Open bar and appetizers overlooking the bay and city of Santa Marta. Cocktail Beach Attire. For example, men could wear a button-down or polo shirt with pants, and women could wear a short or long sundress. Please note that the climate is warm, so light-weight, breathable materials are recommended. We will be departing the event for dinner at 8:00 pm. However, we have the space and open until 9 pm. To make a dinner reservation for after the event, there are restaurants inside the Hilton. Please see Waku Cocina and Nuggu. The Marriott offers dining options as well. For guests at the Marriott, transportation will be provided. Sprinters will depart from the hotel to the event at 4:45 pm. After the event these Sprinters will depart from the venue back to the Marriott at 8:15 pm and 10:00 pm for those eating dinner at the Hilton. Please arrive 10 minutes early to the above departure times, so that we can make sure everyone has a ride.

Wedding

Ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and party at a private residence with beach access. Formal Beach Attire. For men, please wear a white or blue linen dress shirt with khaki or beige pants. Traditionally shirts are untucked. No jackets needed. For women please wear a full-length dress. Flat or platform shoes are recommended for stability on the sand. Please note that the climate is warm, so light-weight, breathable materials are recommended. For guests at the Marriott, transportation will be provided. Sprinters will depart from the hotel to the event at 3:45 pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early, so that we can make sure everyone has a ride. These Sprinters will provide continuous transportation from the venue back to the hotel every 20 minutes starting at 9:30 pm and ending at 3 am.
