When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than Monday, August 31, 2026.

When should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, please arrive no later than 4:15 pm.
Question
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Answer
Please refrain from any and all cell phone or personal camera use during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer taking photos and want you all to enjoy this special day with us. You are welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception!

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner. You'll get to try a bit of everything.

When you RSVP to the wedding via our website, there will be a section to note any dietary restrictions.

What Should I Wear?
Answer
We are encouraging our guests to attend with their favorite Halloween Costume! While the Ceremony will take place on a stone patio, most of the rest of the venue is grass and gravel, chunky heels or flats are encouraged for footwear. Please keep in mind the venue is located on Mt. Hood at the end of October, there is a chance for it to be chilly and damp. While we plan on providing tents and heaters if needed, additional layers will be useful!

What is the parking situation like?
Answer
Parking at the venue is limited and reserved for our vendors and guests staying on the property. Due to the small mountain town area encourage guests to schedule an Uber or local taxi ahead of time. As of 4 June 2026 we are still discussing providing a shuttle to and from the Mt Hood Oregon Resort and additional parking options, but nothing has been solidified.
