Wedding Day Transportation Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception at the Clifton for a limited number of guests, with pickup locations where we have arranged for room blocks. All guest vehicles will stage at the following locations for pickup to the ceremony and reception at The Clifton: Hilton Garden Inn (Richmond Road) Holiday Inn Express & Suites (Pantops Corner Way) The Omni (Ridge McIntire Road) Glenmore Neighborhood (Club House Parking Lot) For guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express please arrive to busses at 2:45 p.m. for bus departure at 3 p.m. For guests Staying at the Omni, Hilton Garden Inn and Glenmore, please arrive at 3:30 p.m. for busses prompt departure at 3:40 p.m. Guests who are staying at rental homes or hotels outside of these blocks and near the downtown mall are encouraged to take the bus at the Omni location. Please note that there will be one final drop off after the departure at the conclusion of the wedding. Vehicles will return to all locations (including Collina House) and then conclude for the night. Organized transportation for any guests outside of the wedding party will end at 11:45pm. Please plan to arrange for late night transportation, if needed, for the remainder of the night.

As parking at The Clifton is extremely limited, we encourage all guests to either plan to take the provided transportation or schedule an Uber. For those who plan to self-drive, there will be parking available across the street at Stone-Robinson Elementary School. Staff will be on-site to direct arriving guests and a shuttle will be provided at 4:15pm to bring you to the ceremony site at the Clifton. Additional shuttle rides will be provided during the Early and Final Departures only. Please be aware that once the ceremony begins at 4:30pm, any and all guests arriving thereafter will be asked to wait to enter until the conclusion. The entrance to the Clifton will not be accessible during this time as the drive sits directly behind the ceremony lawn and late arrivals will disrupt the proceedings.
