Let's Celebrate!

We both pursued undergraduate degrees in music from Bellarmine University. While Bryce has pursued many different facets of music, Megan stuck with singing. On Megan's first day of college classes and Bryce's first day of Junior year, we met when we were auditioning for Bellarmine's Schola Cantorum group. At first sight, Bryce was interested. Megan, on the other hand, couldn't believe this "Ken Barbie kinda guy" had eyes for her. After months of being placed next to one another in choir, getting coffees, and playing ping pong, we decided to make our relationship official!

On a chilly autumn day, we had a photoschool scheduled with our good friend and wedding photographer, Kesley (check her out @kesleysphotography)! As the shoot went on, we moved further into the woods of the Indiana state park we were at. "Do something to make Megan laugh!" Kesley said. Bryce started a game of rock, paper, scissors - something we play often just for the heck of it. While Megan swore that that wasn't making her laugh, she was surprised when on "shoot," Bryce got down on one knee and proposed. From that moment, we "levelled up!" Bryce had the ring burning in his pocket for a year before the proposal, waiting for the right moment. Ultimately, a private moment between us on a beautiful October afternoon was precisely perfect.
