On a Friday night, Kyle anxiously drove Tori to dinner. He took a detour which made Tori suspicious, since they had dinner reservations already in place. Kyle pulled the car into a quaint little park along the Fox river in Omro. Kyle suggested they walk along the river “to watch the sturgeon spawn”. Tori, confused and hungry, agreed reluctantly. Kyle knew there were no sturgeon in the river, but he was using this as a distraction. When Tori wasn’t looking, Kyle got down on one knee and asked Tori to marry him. She said yes, and they embarked on their new adventure together.
