Yes! We see this as a weekend for all members of our two families (& friends) to come together in celebration! However, we honor and respect your judgment as parents to make the best decision for your family given the following information. 1. We’re getting married on the beach! By day our venue is a sailing center therefore we cannot guarantee that there will be barriers in place to protect your child from entering the water. 2. We will have lawn games and other activities to keep people of all ages entertained! Plus, everyone loves dancing! 3. We will have many options for food so hopefully your little one can find something that they like. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our special day! That being said if you are traveling from out of town and would like a recommendation for a babysitter (aka a fantastic teacher) in the area, please do not hesitate to reach out! When you RSVP you should see options to include, or not include, specific invitees.
For the ceremony/reception venue, yes! You are welcome to drive to the Annapolis Sailing School or use the Uber Party code. However, we cannot guarantee ample parking for the welcome party or farewell brunch. There is free street parking close and garages are nearby for a small fee. We encourage you to Uber or walk through beautiful downtown Annapolis.
