What's the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our special day is black tie optional. Men should opt for a dark colored suit or tuxedo. Women should wear floor-length evening dresses or gowns. Consider wearing heels that won't sink into the grass. To ensure the bride is the only one in white, we kindly request that guests do not wear white nor patterns with white to the wedding. We look forward to seeing everyone in their finest attire!

Are children invited?

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
RSVPs were due on August 20th, 2025. The RSVP deadline has closed and we are unable to accommodate further guests.

Will a shuttle be provided?
Answer
A shuttle will be provided from the front of the hotel to the venue and back after the reception ends. The time for shuttle pickup will be 3:30 pm at the hotel. The shuttle will bring you back to the hotel at 11:00 pm.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony at 4:00 pm.

Is there parking for the venue?
Answer
A designated parking lot available for guests near the venue. An attendant will be there directing you to the lot.

What airport do you recommend?
Answer
The closest airports in Connecticut are Tweed in New Haven and Bradley International in Hartford. If flying into Rhode Island, it would be T.F. Green International Airport.
