Our love story began just as any cheesy rom-com does, 2 friends that have no intentions of ever getting together. Luis and I met at work in 2019. He was kind and generous and always bought me coffee in the morning. As months went by, our co-workers started to comment on how cute of a couple we would make, the chemistry they felt between us, how we just needed to give it a shot. We shrugged off the comments and thought everyone was just crazy. Clearly we were lying to ourselves… After a rough day at work, Luis and I decided to go out for drinks. Margaritas to be exact. We had to let out some steam so one thing led to another and 2 pitchers of margaritas were consumed. Luis got some liquid courage and admitted he had a crush on me for awhile.
