Mike and Julia were introduced by mutual friends at a pool hall in Katy, Texas in February of 2015. They talked all night enjoying each other's company and having fun with their friends. Soon after they became inseparable. They share a fierce competitiveness in the game of billiards and quickly fell in love. Over the next 9 years they have grown, strived, failed, and succeeded together. They are best friends, and have built a wonderful life together. They cannot wait to see what future adventures they go on.

Mike and Julia have always shared a love for travel, and in August of 2023 they had the opportunity to go to Denver, Colorado. The first day of the trip was spent on horseback in the Rocky Mountains riding high up to the Browns Creek Falls. It was in front of the beautiful waterfall where Mike got down on one knee and asked Julia to marry him. Of course there was no option other than, “Yes!”
