Our story began long before we ever knew it would become a lifelong one. Growing up as next-door neighbors since the age of seven, we spent our childhood side by side—playing manhunt in the gazebo, riding bikes, playing outside, and eventually both sharing our very first kiss. As the years went on, life took us in different directions, but fate clearly had other plans. In our mid-twenties, a rather unexpected matchmaker—a black bear roaming around the neighborhood—brought us back together. What started as funny encounter turned into a beautiful date with endless conversations, laughter, and the rekindling of something truly special. From childhood friends to lifelong partners, our love story has always felt meant to be. Proof that sometimes love really does come full circle (with a little help from nature).
