Invitations will be mailed out starting the middle of January, with an April 1st RSVP date. Please respond by RSVP deadline, we need to get the final number to caterer two weeks prior to the event. RSVP’s not returned or late may not be able to get incorporated into the final head count to vendor.
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m on May 11th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the even starting.
As we begin our lives together, we are especially grateful for support from our loved ones. We recognize how lucky we are to be blessed with the necessities of everyday life, and have decided to instead plan an unforgettable honeymoon to celebrate the beginning of our married life together. Our wedding registry consists of experiences and expenses for our honeymoon where guests can make contributions if so inclined. The biggest gift of all, however, is your presence on our Big Day. Thank you for your love, and we can’t wait to share our honeymoon adventures with you!
Casual Attire, so please dress accordingly: There is no need to wear a ballgown or tux, but it’s still a wedding! Almost anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to button up shirts, jeans and boots — T-shirts, shorts and tank tops, flip flops and sneakers are NOT appropriate. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS...ONLY person in WHITE is the BRIDE, please refrain from wearing white.
In simple terms yes, but please do not use flash and do not interfere with our professional photographer.
Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!
We are so excited to invite you to our big day! We have opted to do mail RSVPs, as well as online RSVPs through our website on Zola. Please RSVP by April 1, 2019. Visit www.zola.com/wedding/mrandmrscastevens/rsvp to RSVP! Just type in your name that you signed up with and you will be able to RSVP for your group. Can't wait!
No, an RSVP is required. Due to limitations for the reception meals, accomadations will not be made for those who do not RSVP. This will be strictly enforced.
As soon as you know your plans have changed and/or you are not able to attend so that way we can make the necessary changes as everybody is accounted for catering.
We are planning on having the ceremony held outsid. In case the weather doesn’t want to cooperate with us, the ceremony will be moved indoors. The reception will be held indoors at the same venue as the ceremony, if need be.
