Where is the exact location of the wedding venue?

Answer

The address to the venue is: 4311 Hanging Limb Hwy, Monterey, TN 38574 Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same location.

Is there a RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Our RSVPs are online only. Please RSVP via our website by September 22nd, 2022. If you have RSVP’d “yes”, but something came up after the deadline, please let us know and we can change it for you. If you have not responded by the date above, we will assume you will not be able to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:10PM. The ceremony will start at 3:30PM. Everyone invited is important to us and we want to share every cherishing moment of our day with you, please do not arrive late!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held inside the barn.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and family members will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Please head inside the barn where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

We will be having a pasta bar. If you have a food allergy, please let us know with your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual Formal. A dress, blouse, button up shirt and dress pants are all good examples.

Where is the closest airport to the venue?

Answer

If traveling by air, the Nashville International Airport (BNA) and Knoxville/McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) are the closest major airports to Monterey, Tennessee. Major car rental companies are available on sites.

Will I Have to Pay for Parking? Can Vehicles Be Left Overnight?

Answer

Parking is free and is located on the side of the venue. NO vehicles may be left overnight. This is a private venue where the gate will be closed and locked after the event. We appreciate your understanding.

Are we able to smoke at the venue?

Answer

The Meadows is a smoke free area. Smoking shall only be allowed off the property and waste must be placed in the appropriate receptacles.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #CarusosDestiny so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
