The travel agent will set up all airport transfers. You could also take a taxi or set up alternate transportation before hand. The airport is kind of crazy though as far as that goes.

There is one store as you are coming into Cancun after customs and several as you are leaving to go back to the states

Yes after going through the gauntlet of people wanting your time and money, outside there is a Margaritaville on your right and a Berryhill resturant and bar on the left.

Yes and your must have at least 3 months left before it expires

Yes you must go online and fill out a Mexican Health Declaration. You must have an assigned seat number in order to do this in case you are nonreving

Yes it will be done at the hotel free of charge, even if you have received the vaccine as of now you still need a negative covid test to get back into the USA

Can I get prescriptions in Mexico?

Yes you can get almost anything you want. Xanax, Z Packs, Antibiotics, Pain Meds, etc. Make a list :)

Do I need any paperwork to leave Mexico?

Yes you will need a negative covid test (provided by the hotel) a QR code with a health declaration, (provided at the airport) and a picture showing that your paid 224 pesos (about $11 Us) in Mexican tourism tax at Visitax.gob.mx

Do I need to exchange US dollars for Pesos?

Overall they perfer US dollars to Pesos, unless you are planning to take a taxi Pesos are cheaper and can be gotten at any ATM in Mexico.

What is included in my resort stay?

Answer

The room for 2 people, all drinks and food. Some items are extra, a coconut at the pool or a specialty meat item at one of the restaurants but almost everything is included.

This is an adults only resort so give the kids to grandma and enjoy a mommy and daddy trip :)

Most phone plans work the same in Mexico as they do in the US. Check with your phone company to be sure.
