Our story began in high school, where we first met through mutual friends. We didn’t really form a friendship until years later when Joe sent me the sweetest message on Facebook asking me out. It's not the most romantic, but the many lol’s, smiley face emojis and the eagerness to hang out won over my heart. After our first date there was an instant attraction. Over the months following our first date, we gradually built a beautiful friendship. That friendship later blossomed into a committed relationship. We both knew we had found 'The One' and the person we wanted to spend the rest of our lives with.
