Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Lone Oak Barn in Round Rock, TX. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) while the reception will be indoors.

Where should I park?

Answer

Lone Oak Barn has a gravel parking lot on site for guest use.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Can I bring my child to the wedding?

Answer

We encourage our guests to use our wedding as a date night. But, we understand that it can be difficult to find child care so if your children are on your RSVP list, they can come along.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our eventing. We suggest suits and long dresses, no jeans, please.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 14, 2022. RSVPs will be done online; we will not be sending out mail-in RSVP cards.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make the wedding, please let us know as soon as you can and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you could give us it to be fully present during our I do's. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Do you have a hotel block / providing transportation to the venue?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at Tru by Hilton Round Rock. The booking link can be found on out Travel page. We are working on transportation to and from the Tru by Hilton area which has a few hotels (the first four on our Travel page) that are all in a walking distance from each other so please let us know if you are interested so we can save you a spot.

What is there to do in Round Rock?

Answer

Round Rock has lots of lovely things to do and is conveniently located right outside of Austin. Check out our "things to do" page for some recommendations.

Can we dance all night long?

Answer

The formal event ends at 10pm. This gives our guests an excellent opportunity to check out Austin's legendary night life. Feel free to check out 6th Street or Domain Northside. A few of the bride and groom's favorite places to visit can be found on the Things To Do page.
