Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You may click the RSVP tab and RSVP at any time. We will also provide a paper RSVP in the invitation for those who would like to mail it back to us!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! Due to a limited budget and need for final counts for vendors, we ask that you please RSVP by February 26, 2026. Anyone marked as “Not attending” by this date will not be accommodated for on the wedding day.

What to do if I cannot make it?

Answer

Please mark “Will NOT attend” on your RSVP if you are unable to join us. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending” but there has been a change in plans, please contact Abby as soon as you are aware!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We know people are not going to want to miss this party BUT those who were allotted dates will have them listed as “Guest” when they RSVP themselves. We are only able to accommodate those who have been formally invited, thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Little ones are abundant in this family, so we wouldn’t want them to miss out! Once again, families with children who have been accounted for will see either the “Child’s name” or “Child” included in the RSVP for themselves. If there are any questions regarding your child’s attendance, please contact Abby!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. To ensure you are on time and limit distractions of being late please arrive by 3:30 to allot time for parking and finding a seat!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Fortunately for us our ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, which provides parking directly onsite free of charge.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, We would love to see our guests get dressed up with us! For men this can be suits with optional tie/bow tie and for women this is mid/maxi or cocktail dresses. *PSA: Girls please be aware that the short path from parking to the ceremony site is gravel, so it may be better to avoid a stiletto😉

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with covered areas. The reception will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes we will allow pictures during the ceremony, but please be mindful that professional photographers will be capturing the moments as well and those will be shared with our guests!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and nonalcoholic drinks will be provided by us.

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverage?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and having a bartending service that will handle all beverages. Due to venue policy and the city of Weatherford, you are not allowed to bring any other alcohol beverages onto the premises. If you’d like to request a certain type of liquor/beer you may reach out to Abby PRIOR to March 1st for further information!
