The time for RSVPs has passed. Please note: If you have not spoken with the couple, a decline has been received on you and your party's behalf, we apologize, but we cannot make exceptions due to planning finalizations with our venue.
Please arrive to the venue at MINIMUM 20 minutes before 3:30 PM to park, walk inside, and find your seat for the ceremony. Please keep in mind, you may need guidance on where to find the event space once you enter the golf club. The ceremony will not wait to accommodate late guests, and we don't want you to miss the highlight of the evening!
Please wear semi-formal or “cocktail” attire: can range from tuxedos and gowns to cocktail dresses and button downs. Please note: we'd prefer no bright red or bright white attire
We recommend getting a hotel close to the venue in Whitney/North Las Vegas. There are countless options on the Strip that range in price as well as several Airbnbs that can accommodate large parties for a fair price. For the reasons that many invited guests live in the area, and are comfortable with the area, we will not be offering a shuttle service to and from where you stay. If this causes any issues, please see the question below or contact us so we can assist.
We know some of our friends and family from out of town do not have their own vehicles to get to and from the venue. If you or your invited guest(s) are unable to secure a rental vehicle or taxi/uber/lyft to the event, let us know as soon as possible so we may make arrangements with you. Please remember to plan ahead, especially if you or your guest will be drinking!
Yes, there is a large parking lot for guests directly in front of the venue entrance.
We love the kiddos of the family; however, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16 at our venue. We do extend our apologies and appreciate the understanding.
Possibly, we have elected to invite close companions and significant others to the event. Your Save the Date should've specified if we have included a plus one with your invitation. If you'd like to bring another person not listed, please contact us.
