Welcome Party

Answer

The welcome party will be held from 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM on Friday, November 14 at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Escondido. Please feel free to come for the full party time or only a portion if that's what your schedule allows. Drinks will be flowing and a dinner buffet is available starting at 7:15 PM. Dress is semi-casual.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 3:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue. If necessary, you may leave your vehicle overnight. However, you will need to collect your keys from the valet prior to the end of the night and pick up your car between 10 AM - 12 PM the following morning.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: Semi-Casual Wedding: Semi-Formal. There is a mix of concrete, dirt and astro-turf surfaces at the venue. The reception is climate controlled but the ceremony is not.

Will the bar be open?

Answer

Absolutely! Just make sure to bring a valid ID. The bartenders will be vigilant, especially with anyone sporting a youthful glow, and won’t serve alcohol to anyone under 21 or without proper identification.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a severe food allergy, please let us know during your RSVP or reach out to the bride or groom separately. We will make effort to accommodate allergies as much as possible!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer
