Flight
The only airport in Koh Samui is the Samui International Airport. You will need to fly to Bangkok first, then transfer to Koh Samui. If you have any questions in regards to booking your flight do not hesitate to reach out to us so that we can help you and make sure that everything is correct. Our goal is to make this travel experience as seamless as possible for you. Here is a sample of what a flight might look like: Depart from U.S. 12-14 Hour Flight Arrive in Seoul, Korea, Japan, or the rarely Middle East (We highly recommend Korean Air) (Layover Tips - Make sure your layover is at least 2-3 hours for potential flight delays.) | 3 Hour Flight Arrive At Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) | 1 Hour Flight Arrive in Koh Samui , Samui International Airport (USM)
Hotel
We do not have a room block at any hotels. Our family will be staying at a villa near the Fisherman's Village. The event venue is 15 minutes walking away. There are a plethora of accommodation options in Koh Samui.
Travel Note
We highly recommend booking your airport transfers online before travel. It's much more affordable if you are traveling with a group ($25 for 6 people, I know!!), and save the hassle of potentially being harassed when you land.
Travel Note
U.S. citizen tourists entering Thailand for fewer than 30 days do not require a visa. IMPORTANT: make sure your passport does not expire 6 months before your departure date.
