Guest seating for the white wedding ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. We kindly encourage guests to arrive early to allow time for parking and seating, as the ceremony will begin shortly after seating is completed.

Following the ceremony and cocktail hour, the wedding reception will take place at The Luray Ballroom.

The dress code is Traditional / Elegant Formal. Guests are encouraged to dress in refined, elevated attire that reflects the beauty of the occasion. Our wedding color palette is shades of green (Emerald, Olive, Sage) and Gold, which you are welcome to incorporate into your look.

We do adore your little ones, but to allow all guests to fully relax and enjoy the celebration, this will be an adults-only event, unless otherwise noted on your invitation. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate guests whose names are listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate this special day.

Yes. We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our professional photography team will be capturing every special moment.

For guests traveling from out of town, the nearest airport is Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Complimentary shuttle service will be available from the airport to the Hyatt Regency Dulles Hotel, where we have reserved a special room block at affordable rates. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.
