Question

Will there be transportation to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be running shuttles from the Embassy Suites to the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception at 11:15. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4 p.m. sharp, please plan to be in the lobby of the Embassy Suites at 3:50. We know check-in is around 4 as well, we have asked the hotel to prioritize getting our room block in early when possible! If you prefer to drive, there is plenty of parking at the Club! If you drive and end up needing to shuttle home, you can leave your car overnight and find a friend to give you a ride to pick your car up on Sunday.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 - if you are taking the shuttle from the hotel, you will arrive at the venue around 4:20. For guests driving themselves, please arrive and be seated 5 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning.

I have a food allergy or dietay restriction, how should I let you know?

Answer

On your RSVP card, when selecting your meal, there is a space for any dietary restrictions!
