Where is the wedding taking place?

The ceremony and reception will take place at The Chateau of Longview, located at 6629 Tryon Road, Longview, Texas 75605.

When should I RSVP?
Answer
You are welcome to RSVP at your earliest convenience. Kindly ensure your response, whether accepting or declining, is submitted no later than September 20th, 2025. This will allow us to provide our vendors with an accurate guest count ahead of the wedding. Due to strict requirements from our vendors, we are working with a firm guest count. Regrettably, if we do not receive your RSVP by the specified deadline, we will need to assume you are unable to attend. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we finalize the details of our special day.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow ample time to be seated.

What should I wear?

We respectfully request that all guests wear all-black cocktail attire. We invite you to embrace a timeless and sophisticated look in celebration of our special day.

Is there parking available?

Yes! On-sight parking will be available!

Will there be food and drinks?

A full dinner will be served, accompanied by desserts and an open bar to ensure the celebration continues throughout the evening.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
We adore your little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in the wedding party and close family members. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a fun night out and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep your phones put away during the ceremony, as we have a professional photographer and content creator capturing every moment. However, We love seeing all the special moments captured by our guests. We will be providing a shared album where you can upload all your photos from the reception for us to enjoy later.

Are there hotel accommodations nearby?
Answer
Yes! We’ve reserved a special room block for our guests at the Courtyard by Marriott Longview. To take advantage of the discounted rate, please book your stay by October 24, 2025. You can reserve your room easily using the Hotel Block page at the top of our website.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After we say “I do,” enjoy a cocktail hour before we begin the reception which will include dinner, dancing, and fun!
