On-site Accommodations
We have rented the entire estate which sleeps 105 guests. We are requesting that instead of gifts, everyone come join in on the fun and stay on the estate. The fee is 100 dollars per night, per guest. This includes all meals, libations, and accommodations. Half of this must be paid as a deposit by APRIL 20th. For example, if you are only staying one night as a single guest, pay 50 dollars by APRIL 20th to secure your spot. If you need extra time please just let one of us know and we will work it out. GROUP ONE:
We are requesting your presence from Oct 17-21. This means you will need accommodations for a four night stay. Again, if you need more time to put down half of your accommodation fees please let one of us know so that we can ensure you will be there all four nights. All guests invited in this group have rooms blocked off for them.

GROUP TWO:
We are requesting your presence from Oct 19-21. This means you will need accommodations for a two night stay. Again, if you need more time to put down half of your accommodation fees please let one of us know so that we can ensure you will be there for both nights. We have rooms blocked off for all of those invited in group two.

GROUP THREE:
We are requesting your presence for the day/night of our wedding, Oct 20. You may choose to book on-site or local accommodations for a one night stay. Please keep in mind that additional on-site vacancy very limited. Currently there are no rooms left on-site. We will keep this updated so that you can check back periodically in case of cancellations. Or, you may choose to book a room at the Quality Inn in Andrews, NC which is about ten minutes away from the venue. The on-site rooms will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. We ask that you reserve your on-site accommodation by paying half of your fees by April 20th.
