FAQs

You've got questions. We've got answers!
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guest wear formal attire. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the elegance of the occasion. We ask that you please avoid colors reserved for the bride. We are excited to see all our guests dressed to impress!

Question

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm on Saturday, September 20th. This will allow time for you to park or get dropped off, sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

Question

Is the Wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and we will move inside for the reception. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check the weather conditions leading up to the event.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue an exact number of guests by a certain date. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends & family.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome! That said, we’re hoping this can be a fun night off for parents, so we kindly suggest leaving the little ones at home. If you are bringing your kiddos, we’ve arranged on-site childcare from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, which includes dinner, games, and movies to keep them entertained while you enjoy the celebration. After the dinner reception, children are invited to rejoin the party for dessert and dancing! If you’ll be bringing your children, please let us know on your RSVP card so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

YES! Plenty! But please do not drive if you plan to drink. If you decide to drink, you can pick up your car the next day.

Question

Where will the wedding be taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Bridgewater Club.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please party carefully and have a way to get home safely if you do plan to drink.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

Whilst you will be truly missed, if you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can plan accordingly.
