Yes! The dress code is semi-formal. We promise once you arrive at the venue for our big day you’ll see this idea come to life!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.
If you will be using the bus service, we are planning to have the bus arrive at the venue for 3:40pm. If you will not be using the bus service, please arrive at the venue no later than 20 minutes before the ceremony (3:40pm). This will give you time to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, we cannot guarantee that Stonefields staff will allow you to be seated.
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like to help us capture all the little moments.
Yes, the venue has a large parking lot that is free to use for all our guests. Vehicles can be left overnight, but must be picked up by no later than 10:00am the following morning.
We are planning to hold the ceremony outside in front of the beautiful Stonefields Estate farmhouse. This will be followed by a 2-hour outdoor cocktail hour on the patio. Dinner and reception will be inside the Loft, with use of the outdoor patio available for the duration of the night.
Depending on the severity of the rain, we still plan to host the ceremony outside. If the weather is very bad, there is an indoor ceremony space that is available for use.
