We’re getting married!

Josh and I met at first met at a local Greenville, NC bar, Pantana Bobs, and exchanged phone numbers. After talking every day, Josh asked me out on our first date. The suspense was high and after waiting all week, Josh had to reschedule because he had to work late. I was worried at first but, he later rescheduled the date and the excitement began to build. We both happened to be in Rocky Mount, NC (where both our families lived and didn't know it!) that weekend and he ended up picking me up from my family home. Needless to say the date went great and we have been inseparable since!

After spending a weekend in Beaufort, NC to celebrate my birthday with family, Josh took me out for a birthday dinner, just him and I. After a wonderful dinner at the Capital Grille, we took a nice stroll back home and reminisced on the great weekend we just had. We got home and he asked if I'd like to open my cards. In true Josh fashion, there were three cards, one funny, one sweet, and... a third. I opened the third to find a silly phrase and underneath the question "Will you marry me??" I looked up and he was down on one knee. There were no questions about it... only YES!
