Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at Makray Memorial Golf Club.

Do we have a hotel block for our guests?

Book the hotel by 6/24/2026 to get our special rate. https://book.passkey.com/go/PincsakMosherWeddingJul2026 Please note, our special rates are on a first-come first-served basis. However, if our website indicates there are no more rooms available, please reach out to Chris or myself, as we will need to contact our coordinator to add more rooms to the block pending availability. Thank you! Of note, a shuttle bus will pick up guests at the hotel and drop guests off back at the hotel at the end of the night. There will be scheduled pick up and drop off times throughout the evening, however.

Answer

Yes, a shuttle bus will be provided. The bus will pick up guests at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel and drop guests off back at the hotel at the end of the night. There will be scheduled pick up and drop off times throughout the evening, however. Guests are also welcome to drive or Uber.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at Makray Memorial Golf Club. Parking is free! Guests are also welcome to leave their car at the venue overnight if needed. Don't worry - your car will not be towed.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Open bar! Bring cash to tip the bartenders.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay within the maximum venue count. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. We thank you for understanding.
