What time should we be at the Langham by?
Answer
We will have the doors be open at 4:40 PM! The ceremony will start precisely at 5:00 PM! We ask you to do your best being punctual!

Are photos allowed?
Answer
We would love to see some photos, especially during the reception! Pictures during the ceremony are fine. If you are in dire need to sneak in some photos and itching to document our ceremony, we implore you to silence your phones, turn off all your alarm clocks and other notifications to avoid any disturbance. Also please be aware that there will be a photographer and videographer present. We ask that you respect their space by trying not to enter into their shots!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code for this wedding will be Black Tie Optional/Cocktail attire! To simply put it, men wear the nicest suit you have. Ladies can wear a cocktail dress. Please feel free to bring some comfortable shoes to be able to dance in! April is also an awkward season in Chicago! It can be still freezing cold or it could be warming up. Though the ceremony and reception will both take place in-doors, please bring your coats and jackets.

What will the weather be like?

We really wish we knew. April is always an awkward time where it could still be freezing cold or it can start entering into the Spring time. If the weather is cold, do not hesitate to bring your thick coats because there will be coat check! * Update: It seems like the weather will be tolerable!

Answer
We have Valet Parking! $32 dollars for the entire day $84 for overnight

What is the best way to get to the Langham hotel?
Answer
For those who live in the city, we suggest you taking an Uber/Lyft. If your hotel is near the Langham, walking won't be the worst thing (but that depends on the weather). We apologize but we won't be booking shuttles to get to the hotels.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Your digital invitations will notify you whether you have a plus one. For the most part, we are very sorry to say that we are at max capacity and so our priorities for plus ones are for those who are married/engaged.

Can I bring my child/children?
Answer
This wedding will be a no-kids event. Matthew and I both are obsessed with children and acknowledge that having them would be so fun! However, we'll just allow you to have some time to blow off some steam without your kids around!

Is the venue easy to find?
Answer
The building is very easy to find! The Langham hotel is the black building right next to Trump Towers. Once you head inside, please take the elevators up to the 3rd floor.
