Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail / Semi-Formal. Please be aware that the ceremony & reception are scheduled to be outside. There are areas of turf and small gravel at the venue.

When should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. Please arrive no earlier than 4:30 p.m.

How's the weather down there?

Answer

Texas weather is regularly unpredictable, so make sure to check the forecast before you depart. Historically, the end of April can be anywhere from 60 - 80 °F. Weather permitting, the ceremony and reception will be outside, so please plan accordingly. Should the weather not cooperate, festivities will be moved inside, at the same location.

Can I bring a date?

Please do not bring a plus one, unless they are addressed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only event. Under 21s are invited as addressed by name on invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is ample street parking available right outside the venue. There is not a dedicated lot for the venue. We are not providing shuttles between the hotel and venue. While parking capacity will not be an issue, we recommend utilizing rideshare and carpooling options should you be enjoying the open bar!

What's on the menu?

Answer

We will have passed appetizers during the cocktail hour, and a buffet for dinner. The buffet includes beef and chicken. All items in the buffet, except for the rolls, are gluten free. A vegetarian option will also be available. Please specify preference for this on your RSVP, and at dinner time go to the buffet and ask the staff for your reserved vegetarian plate, which will be stored separately from the buffet. Please inform of us of any allergens on your RSVP.

Is there an open bar?

Yes, please drink responsibly.

Can I take the centerpiece home as a souvenier?

Answer

No. Our centerpieces, bouquets, other floral arrangements and decor are rentals. Please leave these at the venue.
