Will there be transportation or parking?

UPDATE: Shuttle schedule with Experience RI Mini Coach Shuttles Option 1: - Marriott: 3:40PM Boarding, 3:45PM Departure - Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina: 3:45PM Boarding, 3:55 Departure Head to Belle Mer for 4PM Option 2: - Newport Harbor Island Resort: 3:50PM Boarding, 4PM Departure -- shuttle will circle to and from hotel and Belle Mer Post Ceremony: - To Room Blocks: 10:30 Board, 10:40pm departure to the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina then the Marriott. - To After Party: 10:30 Board, 10:35pm departure to Newport Harbor Island Resort -- shuttle will circle between venue and hotel through 10:50pm Belle Mer has a parking lot and cars can be left over night if needed.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal attire. Women are welcome to wear floor-length dresses, knee-length cocktail dresses, pantsuits, or dressy separates. Men are encouraged to wear suits and ties.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?
Answer
If weather permits, we will take advantage of a mild November afternoon to hold our ceremony on the beautiful outdoor lawn space overlooking the water and Newport Bridge. Please bring a jacket that you would feel comfortable in for the length of the ceremony. If it's too chilly or raining, we'll be holding the ceremony inside.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will promptly start at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to settle before the processions.

Where should I stay in the area?
Answer
We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please refer to the "Travel" tab of the website for hotel options where we have room blocks. There are plenty of other places to stay in the area whether that be hotel, bed and breakfast, or AirBnB/condo rental.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
