We're Getting Hitched !!

We were introduced by the Matron of honor (Daleine) and her husband (Aaron) who is a groomsmen . I got a message late one night that said hey you have to Meet Jake and on the other end Jake was getting told we have a cousin for you too meet. I happened to be out dancing and said not tonight haha. Then I got a message that said at least add him on facebook, so I did and he sent me a message. My birthday was a week and a half later and so I invited Jake to come out with us, but had to warn him, because we where going river smelting so I wouldn't be dressing up and he needed to bring boots and be ready for drinks and cards in the fish house. It turned out to be an amazing night and the rest is history.

Jake has fully embraced all my crazy ideas , including bringing six scouts a crossed the country for a high adventure backpacking trek. During the trek we got up early and drove to Mount Wheeler, to hike what is the highest peak in New Mexico . It was the highest elevation any of us had ever been and a challenging hike. Almost to the top there was a beautiful Mountain lake called Williams Lake , it was surrounded by mountains and just beautiful . We where eating lunch and hanging out, wadding in the water and I decided to take some photos , We did pictures of the kids and then where having them do some of us. I was talking to one of the boys and turned around to Jake down on one knee, with the most beautiful "Wonka Emerald" ring pop I have ever seen , and he said " what do you think Danielle Morse do you want to get married?" I was surprised and at first just said "really?" and he smiled and told me Really , So I of course said "Yes" with all our scouts and my boys cheering us on. We all celebrated and They told me they where all in on it and so where our parents. He had carried three ring pops around with him the whole trip waiting for the right spot and he and my boys decided that was it and they couldn't have chose better. It was perfect .
