Welcome Party for Out of Towners

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Thank you for making the trip for our special day! Please come to our Welcome Party where there will be plenty of appetizers, pizza, and an open bar to enjoy. The welcome party will be held inside. Parking is on E Hector Street.

Ceremony

Semi Formal Garden Party Attire
This will be an outdoor ceremony on a grass lawn and gravel paths. There will be signs on the grounds to guide you to the ceremony location. If you arrive early, please feel free to explore the grounds of this beautiful arboretum. Parking Information: When you arrive, you may park in Lot 1 which is located on Meetinghouse Road. Parking is free and you do NOT need to register your vehicles for the wedding.
Cocktail Hour
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

We hope you enjoy a lovely cocktail hour that will be held outside. There will be helpers and signs to direct you to the cocktail hour location. During the cocktail hour, feel free to take your drink and explore the arboretum!
Brunch Reception

A brunch buffet will be held indoors. Dancing will follow!
After Party

Let's continue this party at our favorite local spot!! There is outdoor or indoor seating but we will have an outdoor space reserved. There are limited parking spaces at the brewery but there is street parking, a small parking lot between E Glenside ave and New Street (a 2 minute walk), and a large parking lot at the Glenside Train Station (5 minute walk to Bill's). Bill's Brewery has a rotating food truck schedule so there will be food available for those who are still hungry!
