Hotel
We’re excited to host our guests at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk, a downtown hotel right on the Chicago River. With easy access to the city’s attractions, it’s the perfect home base for celebrating our wedding. We hope its central location makes getting to the ceremony and reception easy as can be!
Flight
Chicago has two major airports, both convenient for attending our wedding: The first of which is O’Hare International Airport (ORD). Located northwest of downtown, O’Hare is the larger of the two airports and handles flights from around the world. It offers a wide range of airlines, amenities, and ground transportation options, including taxis, rideshares, and rental cars.
Flight
The other option is Midway International Airport (MDW). Situated southwest of downtown, Midway is smaller and perhaps easier to navigate. It’s a great choice for domestic travelers and also provides convenient access to the city via taxis, rideshares, and public transit. Whichever airport you choose, both make it easy to join us for our big day in Chicago—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Shuttle

For your convenience, we’ll be providing a shuttle to transport guests between the hotel and the wedding events: o From the hotel to the church for the ceremony o From the church back to the hotel after the ceremony o From the hotel to the reception venue o From the reception venue back to the hotel after the reception If you prefer to drive, no worries! Saint Alphonsus has a parking lot with self-parking available, and Theater on the Lake offers valet parking.
Train
Hop on Chicago’s “L” for a quick, fun way to get around the city. It’s fast, easy, and gives you a taste of Chicago life! This is a convenient option for transport to and from both O'Hare and Midway International Airports as well.
